The Remit

Full top-down design and build of a web based Virtual Office system incorporating the following features:

• Membership registration and management.
• Member online facilities included document store, email, messaging, diary, contacts.
• Integrate with a telephone answering service where the calls are answered and either a voice or text message is recorded.

The Solution Outline

• The platform chosen was Oracle on Linux for scale, security, resilience and performance purposes.
• Our team designed, built and commisioned the Oracle back end and Perl CGI web end systems.
