Trainee Mentoring Service

We have sponsored and developed the careers of people whio have shown a willingness to learn from our experiences, supplementing courses they have enrolled upon. Our aim with this work is to give something back to the community by heloing people whi we think demonstrate execellent qualities but have not been able to get a job in line with theor ambitions. There can be many reasons for this - most people we help in this way are university educated and intelligent, but just haven't had the luck to land a good job.

Each case is different, but our support ranges from mentoring where we advise on courses, job hunting, research areas, etc, to actual hands-on work experience with us on our projects. The hands-on experince gain from workig with us gives ths student a real advantage in the job market.

For the ones thyat shown real promise, we activelyb work to help them get a job, mainly with one of our clients. Our proposition to the clients is that they get someone who nhas been trained by real experts, and who will benefit from continued mentoring from us for upto 1 months after commencing their job.

This benefits us by cementing relationships with clients, but also by enabling us to make use of the research theses trainees do on our behalf. The areas of technology we are involved are chaning very quickly, and we need to keep abreast of developments. Having people working for us whom we challenge to research, understand and disseminate knowledge benefits us greatly.
